4.5.1 seems to have messed up my site title

I updated to 4.5.1 today and now my site title is not working.

Originally my title on the Homepage was just “<Site Title>” and on other pages was “<Page name> | <Site Title>”.

Now, on the homepage my title is “<my url>” and on other pages is “<Page name> | “

Has this happened to anyone else?
