Hi there! I had a look at your site, and everything seems to be working properly. I see historical stats dating back over the past few years. Are you still missing stats? If so, could you please let me know the exact steps that you are taking that result in the issue? Then I’d be happy to look into it further!

Hi there, Ryan. I’m still not seeing them at all. I’m logged into my WP Admin Panel and under Jetpack there is no option to click on for stats. When I go to the settings and try to enable “stats” it does nothing. I’m just not sure what to do and I’m hoping I have lost any of my stats for today.

Thanks for the additional info. Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site? To do so, follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard (Jetpack > Jetpack).
    2) Scroll down to the footer of the page and click the “Debug” link (shown here: https://d.pr/i/OF6d ).
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box, your name, email address, and a link to this thread.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

Then we’d be happy to look into this further. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
