Unable to update posts

This plugin is exactly what I was looking for, except is does not work:
In the settings I have it set up so that I can add a location to a custom post type I already have. It uses latitude and longitude fields I have set up.
However, I cannot update posts of this custom post type as long als the plugin is set up to use this custom post type. The WordPress Update button for the post does not work anymore.
I tested with other custom post types, and it is the same. I tested in different browsers, it’s the same.
This makes this plugin unusable, sadly. Hope you can fix it or shed some light on why this is happening.
