Site on wp-com, installed new them on wp-org

  • Site is live on wp-com, installed new envato theme on wp-org using bluehost. Bluehost installed the theme on wp-org , now I can’t access it. Changed the nameservers at Godaddy back to wp-com. How can I access my theme on wp-org? I want to keep the wp-com site up until the wp.org site is finished.

  • Is that a custom paid theme? If so, I don’t think you can install one on wpcom.

    You can leave your wpcom site active and continue working on the wporg site via your ip address. Then just switch everything over once you are done.
