same form to all pages?

I want to add the fb comments form to 3 different pages, but I want it to be the exact same form with the same comments and the same replies. which means, all the comments will be viewed the same way to all those 3 pages, and each time someone adds a comment, or I give a reply all three pages will be informed and change accordingly. is this possible?
one of the pages is this: https://www.succeedyourgoals.com/ypstory-day1 and the rest ones are almost the same, such as https://www.succeedyourgoals.com/ypstory-day2
https://www.succeedyourgoals.com/ypstory-day3 etc.
