  • Hi Eric,

Sorry to know that you are facing fatal error. Chances are you’re using PHP 5.2 or earlier and hence this issue is arising. You can find out which version of PHP you have using phpinfo(). Please upgrade to the PHP 5.3+.

We use the vendor role click Product Manager – It will show this ERROR …..

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    What’s wrong with it ?

    Thanks

    JK

Thanks @ for your rating. Hope you have gone through my response for your same query over our support forum.

However, I am again mentioning it for your convenience. The error of “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” is occurring due to plugin confliction. To test the issue, I deactivated all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC-Marketplace and found that as a vendor I can add products just by clicking “Product Manager” available on the vendor dashboard.

    Regards,
    Rimpa
