• Hi!

If any member on my site updates her / his profile (from front end), the name of the member & page title goes off from the META TITLE. So, the profile page meta title becomes just the |SITE NAME|

I discovered when they edit their profile (front end), the following fields of their WordPress profile (back end) go blank.

    # First Name
    # Last Name
    # Nickname (required)
    # Display name publicly as

As soon as I fix the profile from back end, the META TITLES become normal.

    Some information :

    # I have moved my site to a new host.
    # I imported users via database tables.
    # No, users had any roles after import, their role showed (None). I manually made them subscribers.
    # I have BuddyPress installed.

Thank you for the help ??

I realized there were some references of old database prefix.

I changed all occurrences of the old prefix to new and re-imported the database. This resolved the problem of users having ‘None’ roles. My users now have the roles (automatically) as they had before.

The original problem as mentioned above is still there – “If any member on my site updates her / his profile (from front end), the name of the member & page title goes off from the META TITLE. So, the profile page meta title becomes just the |SITE NAME|”
