Images not displaying

    I am hosting a site locally on a server and the images have disappeared from my site. I think this happened after the update to 4.5.1, but I downgraded back to 4.5.0 and it still happened.

    The only images that will appear on my site are thumbnails and the header. Background images wont work even though in the editor panel it shows that the image has been selected, but it does not display in the preview. The same image I am trying to use as my background will work as the header, strangely enough.

    My images are all there in the media library and I can still upload new images, it just seems that my site cannot recall them.
