Plugin regex no longer works with Genesis theme

I’m a long-time user of your plugin, and I’m also using the Genesis Framework theme on my sites.
Unfortunately your plugin no longer works with the latest versions of Genesis. The reason appears to be due to the regex your plugin uses to search and replace the appropriate parts of the menu. The reason, and the solution, have already been described by Nick Cernis in another post here:

Can you kindly update the plugin to resolve this please? I’ve seen that other Genesis users are moving away from your plugin to alternative plugins, and I don’t want to see that happen.
