I can not get full width of an image with image widget

Hello.
I want to create a block section with just an image using Image widget.
Image size is 1290*355. I edited the row (Bound option unchecked and Fullwidth checked). And I also edited Row (Full width stretched: activated) but my image appears fullwidth with a little blank vertical lines in the sides.I dont know what to do.
