How do I retain past events in a calendar year?

    If you *specifically* want to be showing August 2016 – August 2017, then you’d want to use a shortcode like

    [my_calendar_upcoming from='2016-08-01' to='2017-08-31']

    Hi Joe.

    Actually this did not work. It opened the calendar to any date and beyond the dates given.

    So I made an older page but it shows nothing with this
    [my_calendar_event from=’2013-08-01′ to=’2014-07-31′? type=’event’ …]
    and the current calendar took on the 2013 date with this code
    [my_calendar_upcoming from=’2016-08-01′ to=’2017-08-31′? type=’event’ …]

    Any ideas?

    Never mind Joe I figured it out. I had to add categories to each page to separate them. So category=’2013-2014′ and then add that event to that caegory puts it in the right page. So cool!
