Profiles activated from the back-end but users cannot log in

Hello there,

Users registered and have been approved from the back-end using the BP Registration options.
But they still cannot login into their profiles – the message is that the account hasn’t been approved from the administrator.

I cleared the cache – no use.
I deactivated the plugin – no use – it is showing the same message?! “ACCOUNT PENDING: Your account is currently not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you can login.”
After deactactivating, I registered a new user from the front-end – is it still showing the same message?!
