Post title not displaying unless you hover over it

I am working on my second site using the Hiero theme. When I published by first post to the blog roll, I noticed that the title of the post is hiding until I hover over it. How do I correct this? I want to the title to show up without having to hover over it.

This did not happen on the first site I used the Hiero theme.
