Are there options to allow already hashed passwords to be imported? I looked over the code and it looks like the importer assume a plain text password or no password. I’m importing from a different CMS and I only have hashed passwords. But I know the algorithm and I want to import them as is into WordPress. I plan to use a function and the check_password filter to detect the old hashing, validate the password, and then convert the password to a new WordPress hashed password. So is it possible to just import the password as is using your plug-in?

Currently this is not possible but this new feature is interesting.

If you want, you can support it.

I’m sorry, what do you mean by “you can support it”? It’s for sure a feature I could use at the moment. Are you asking me to develop it and support it?
