• Problem Description:

When I tap any category (lets name it “cat1”) from the widget
and then start to expand by “+” and tap scrolling another category (lets name it “cat2”)
and wait 1-5 seconds – then “cat2” automatically collapses and browser show me “cat1” again.

Another words – while looking and expanding and scrolling other categories (not tap them)
browser AUTOMATICALLY backs me on “cat1”.

I tested this problem in different situations. And it happens only on sensor devices.
Checked on different browsers (Opera, Chrome).
And two mobile devices – smartphone LG and tablet Prestigio 8″
I even tested it in different theme and your widget – problem confirmed.
Another widget plugin – work properly (with two different themes) – problem NOT confirmed.

How can I resolve this problem?

In addition, I catched another way to detect the problem.
You have to select one of the category (subcat) and then start to expand / collapse another cat’s (but not to tap/click to names – only “+” or “-“).
    Just looking menus.
And if you now rotate tablet or smartphone 90 degrees – all categories automatically returns to the first cat you selected.

    Thanks for the detailed report.

I’ll look into it and report back.

Just an update about this problem.

I have narrowed the problem down to the open source Javascript library that the plugin uses. I have notified the author of that library and he hasn’t gotten back to me. Pls do not blame him because he could be busy with other work or away on vacation at this time.

I’ll update this thread if I have more information. So if there’s any alternative plugin on the WP repository that works for you, just let me know and I’ll post it here so other users can use the plugin.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for response. I don’t know other plugins. Ok, I’ll be waiting for solution.
