Access Denied – trouble downloading some of the video files

    I’m having trouble downloading some of videos that are submitted. Some of them download fine, but others give me an Access Denied message:

    This is the exact message: AccessDeniedAccess Denied0466FB6077B97F18xJK6dT0OCD7qYK4BnFbQ+gUYC82NHWeW1E1svN7rBH4TfOY8HFZ6TXtUOEWtFo4lmLgrNlldeJU=.pkt_added {text-decoration:none !important;}

    It’s important (and urgent) that I be able to download all of the videos that come in, so if anyone has had/resolved this issue, please let me know how asap.

    Hey Im sorry for the slow reply on this issue. You will be getting all your videos. There is a small bug in your version of the plugin that sometimes a blank video shows up in the admin panel that isn’t a video. It happens when a user hits submit twice sometimes or if the users internet connection fails. You won’t lose any videos tho.
