    Hi cscan,

    Please follow these steps:

    1. In Search Console Home Page, click Add a Property (if you haven’t already).
    2. Go to Property Verification.
    3. Click on “Verify this Property” next to the property.
    4. Open the “Alternate methods” tab.
    5. Select “HTML Tag”.
    6. Take the content part of the tag (it’s easier to fetch from the Example).
    7. Place that code in the SEO Settings for Google Webmasters Verification Code text field.
    8. Hit Save and be sure to clear your cache (if you’re using cache).
    9. Hit the red Verify button on Google after the code has been saved.

This should work, if not, try to verify once more.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you require any more support :).

Do I just put in what is in parenthesis after content =? I’m a newb, how do I know if I’m using cache?

    Hi cscan,

That’s correct, so this would be the code:

    YHpx6LNiZzXV7t-tev0-QHfSzES_oG7DQQNoby2jo2Y

    Have a great day! ??
