Place The Badge Title as a MouseOver Title

I love the plugin, however I’m trying to figure out how to place the badge title “Verified User” as a MouseOver Title so when you hover over the verified badge it will show the badge title “Verified User”? Anyone knows how to do edit the plugin to do this? I will be appreciated!
