• Here’s my blank white page problem: I recently moved my blog to a new server. I can view the blog (https://thehealthyskeptic.org), but the “site Admin” link doesn’t show up where it normally does and I when I try to login as Admin using “https://thehealthyskeptic.org/wp-admin”, I get the blank white screen.

I’ve searched around the forums. I found one thread with a fix that many claimed worked for them (removing a SPAM plugin in their wp_options file). I just checked that file and there is nothing unexpected.

Another suggestion was to add this line of code into my .htaccess file: AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php. The idea is to force the server to run PHP 5. I haven’t tried this because I can’t find my .htaccess file! I have my FTP program set to show invisible files, but it is not in my root directory.

Another solution offered was to upgrade PHP memory from 8MB to 16MB. But I do not know how to do that. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks.

I should also mention that I was having blank/white screen problems BEFORE I moved the WP installation to a new server. On the old server, I could login to the WP-Admin panel without a problem; but after making a change or editing a post or something like that I’d get the white screen.

I checked with my host and they told me my PHP memory is 40MB.
