Hi Eva, I’m getting the same response on this website (https://sassyfit.com.au/videos-personal-trainer-upper-coomera-gold-coast/) and cannot find the solution anywhere. I’ve also tried the “YouTube” WordPress plugin, which is easier to set up, but now I’m getting “Sorry, there was a YouTube API error: The referrer null does not match does not match the referrer restrictions configured on your API key. Please use the API Console to update your key restrictions.”
I think it has something to do with our API key setup in Google Console, but no matter what I try it still gives me errors.
In another forum the error you are getting (same as the error I received when I also used the YouTube Channel Gallery plugin), it was found that it was a Google issue and Google had blocked the IP address. I’m hosting with Hostgator, so I hope it’s not Google blocking the IP address of websites on Hostgator.

I had the exact same error. I am using the GeneratePress theme with the Free YouTube plugin. I found that the problem is avoided if I insert a PlayList rather than a Gallery. I think there is a bug in the Gallery feature.

I just found the real cause of the problem. I had created a Browser API key instead of a Server API key on the Google APIs Manager page. Once I changed that, Galleries started working.
