Ecommerce Not Matching Transaction Count

    Hi there,

    I have installed your plugin, the GTM tags via your guide and seeing now seeing transations show up in my GA dashboard however the transations count does not meet the numbers reflected in GA.

    This month to date I had 14 products sold but GA is only reporting 7. Only one in every 2-3 transations will appear in GA.

    I am using the PayPal checkout.
    I also set up a goal based on the page path and this not the correct number at all but it also does not match the eCommerce.

    Hi,

    You may also need to take into consideration that a portion of your users are using ad blockers. Most popular ad blockers also block GA tags which will cause some orders not tracked either in Analytics.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for the reply, I can understand if I was only missing 10% of purchases however GA eCommerce is only tracking 1 in every 10 conversions pretty much. I can’t imagine all of these people are using ad blockers.
