Nothing happens

    Hi,

    I’ve encountered a similar issue. We have the plugin set up running a graph on our website. It’s displaying perfectly on the webpage However, when attempting to update the graph through the plugin, the info panel remains blank. Here’s a screenshot. The same happens when attempting to create a new graph.

    • I’ve tried in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox
    • I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled it
    • We’re running the most recent version, 1.5.5

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Additionally, the new export button doesn’t trigger an action. Looking closer, I noticed the href is simply “javascript:;” the same for the edit button, whereas the clone and delete buttons seem to be propagating correctly. Here’s a screenshot of the markup.

    I suspect this points to the issue.

    Hi,

    I also encountered a similar issue. But, if you add new post, click to media then choose visualization and add new, you can use this nice plugin!

    Thanks for the input. I gave it a go, and unfortunately faced the same results as before. The Visualizer Pane remains blank. Alexandra, Do you know if we can expect a plugin update that might address this issue?
