Can this work side by side with an existing woocommerce setup?

    This is not woocommerce plugin, This is separate PayPal Shopping Cart Plugin.

    Yes, I know this is a separate plugin. I have an existing woocommerce shop with Amazon affiliates items. What I want to do is create a separate shop in the same website using your Paypal cart. What I was asking is will this work without conflicting with woocommerce in the same website.

    It’s like this:

    Website A Shop One: Woocommerce Shop Items: Sells Amazon Affiliate Items
    Website A Shop Two: Paypal Cart Shop Items: Sells My Own Items

    Is this possible? Thank you.
