WordPress completely BROKE after Upgrade 2.5

    I upgraded to 2.5 with the WordPress-Autoupgrade plugin and, followed all instructions perfectly, logged in to new dashboard but none of my plug-ins
    were reactivated.
    Some would not work so I deleted them via ftp from the PLUGINS folder.
    I logged back in to dash board but no links work

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_delete_link() (previously declared in /home/acaby/public_html/weblog/wp-admin/admin-db.php:407) in /home/acaby/public_html/weblog/wp-admin/includes/bookmark.php on line 43

    I couldn’t even get the dashboard – Same error

    I renamed the plugins folder to plugins-bak and I can get in to everything but naturally it cannot find the plugins folder but everything else works??????

    I renamed the plugins folder back and now it works???
