• I wonder if there are some requirements especially for the smooth functioning of the plugin, in two pages causes me trouble blocking ip, I have to seek assistance from my hosting provider to release my ip, and we have found that the problem for I can not work is the plugin, if I publish an entry, or make any movement blocks me my hosting server ip and it’s all because of the plugin, any suggestions.
    thema and utilasados plugin are:
    Theme: Jupiter theme
    Plugins: Visual compouser and WPML.
    Unique components are working on a clean installation.
    As I comment tested in two pages, one I use for demonstrations online, and on the page where they finally have to be all and in both cases have the same problem.

    Quisiera saber si existe algunos requisitos en especial para el funcionamiento sin problemas del plugin, en dos páginas me provoca problemas de bloqueo de la ip, tengo que estar solicitando asistencia a mi proveedor de hosting para que libere mi ip, y hemos encontrado que el problema por el que no puedo trabajar es por el plugin, si publico una entrada, o hago cualquier movimiento me bloquea el servidor de mi hospedaje la ip y todo es a causa del plugin, alguna sugerencia.

    Hi there,

    We don’t have any other instances of Give causing this kind of trouble at all. We have over 10,000+ active installs and NO reports of this, so it is highly unlikely or impossible that the cause is our plugin.

    I would suggest the following:

    1) Disable ALL other plugins and see if you continue to have that problem. Most likely not. Then re-activate each plugin one by one until you have that problem again. Then let us know which plugin is creating the conflict with Give and we’ll investigate.

    2) If after you deactivate ALL other plugins you still have trouble, change your theme to twentysixteen. If the problem goes away then we know it’s a conflict with your theme.

    3) If all plugins are deactivated and you’re on twentysixteen and you STILL have trouble, send me your System info found in “Donations > Settings” and the System Info tab. Most likely your host has a seriously outdated version of PHP or cURL or some other important module.

    thank you very much for your attention, the problem continues, was the change of theme, and apparently the problem it is presenting with composer visual, and with the plugin translation WPML, moment by such problems will not use this plugin and buscare some alternative, but if I wanted to report what happened to their party can then confirm, thank you very much again for your help.

    muchas gracias por su atención, el problema sigue, se hizo el cambio de theme, y al parecer el problema lo esta presentando con visual composer, y con el plugin de traducción WPML, de momento por dichos problemas no voy usar este plugin y buscare alguna alternativa, pero si queria informar de lo que paso para que de su parte puedan despues confirmarlo, muchas gracias nuevamente, por su ayuda.
