    Hi there,

    Dynamic News now supports the new custom logo feature introduced with WordPress 4.5

    You can add your own logo image on Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity. Please also see https://themezee.com/docs/custom-logo-image/

    Hello,
    Thank you for your reply but you misunderstand.

    Yes, I noticed the custom logo feature, that is great. But when I updated the theme that whole section disappeared, the site title/logo area is not displayed at all.
    I have gone through the plugins to see if there was a conflict problem and cannot detect there is.

    There should be no conflict with any plugins.

    Please make sure that you are not using a child theme which overrides the header.php, because the markup of it has changed. You may need to adjust your child theme then.

    You were right, I had modified the header in a child theme somewhat, compared the two, made the right adjustments and it now works.
