sg-grid shownig tags

Hi,, I am using the sg-grid theme, it sows tags on the front screen,, I would like to hide these so any Idea’s , I have started to train myself again after a major stroke so if mygrammer is awful thats the reason sorry in advance, the site I’m working on is the newrevolution.net
