    Hello jpoleng,

    Currently, Simple Job Board having only one upload file that is for applicant resume. But you can customize your Job Board.

    For adding multiple attachment fields, first you have to understand the Job Board code structure and then customize its code.

    For a glimpse, we can tell you that please use the Job Board templating feature, customize the simple-job-board> templates> single-jobpost > job-application.php and simple-job-board> includes> class-simple-job-board-ajax.php code.
