Slow performance due to cron.php fixed in 2.5.x?

  • Just a question, maybe silly of me; but there was a slowness problem solved by changing a line of code in the cron.php file. This was done 8 months ago, but this change didn’t make it into version 2.5 of WP, although the modification works fine for this version..

    I was wondering if this tweak was going to be implemented in the next release of WP and if this forum is also read by the developers. I can’t find any special bug report category here.
