Captcha hook

Hi guys,

I am using the plugin for wordpress’s constant contact. the site administrator thinks we’re getting spam because the name and last name are the same (in many subscribers). there a way to add a captcha to form wordpress, (some plugin, hook or something to validate the name).

great if I could modify the form to add the captcha google (recaptcha)

I want to avoid using gravityform … I would like to use this plugin works well in everything else
