How to activate Split Tests

  • Dear support,
    I have bought, uploaded and activated both the analytics and the Split Test AddOns.

    I see the analytics bar above every campaign, but I find no way to add a split test variation.
    On your website I see these pictures of campaigns with a “plus” button on the right hand side of variation tabs – but I don’t see all that.

    Is there anything special I have to do in order to be able to add split test variations? Any activations or any restrictions why I cannot add variations to the campaign? I’m using inline banners (… also bought that AddOn) which work fine, but I’d like to make some A/B tests with these.

    Thank you for using Icegram and its addons.
    Can you please send us some screenshot of campaign edit page at “[email protected]”?
    Also can you please try by activating Icegram and Spilt Testing addon and all other deactivate.
