After upgrades, can't hide page titles

Fairly inexperienced WordPress user here, with a site custom built for me from the Make theme. Just recently I was hacked, I fixed it (with help from my web host) and I’ve been upgrading plugins and beefing up security since then.

Everything seems fixed now, except suddenly the titles of my pages are showing up on each page, where they used to be (and ought to be invisible). I can’t delete them from each page or my menu will get buggy–how do I change this?

Thanks for any help–the more spelled out the better (I’m still learning).
