Can't open webpage from wifi IP-address

I’m not able to open my website, https://www.nelinn.no, from any my devices on my wifi IP-address. It just says: cannot find page. But using mobile network, or for everybody else it works fine. I can’t even type in my username or password because https://www.nelinn.no/wp-login.php doesn’t work either. I have wordfence with strickt regulations, but my IP-address isn’t on any blacklist either. If I disable wordfence when I log in from mobile network, I still have the same problem. Anyone?
