  • Your question is a little unclear to me. When you say “something is not loading at all” and then at the end say “The front end loads fine from what i can see.” – what do you exactly mean?

Are you saying that WPAdmin doesn’t load?

    Hey thanks for your help

Yes you are right; the wp admin never full loads, keep waiting for a reply to fully load and some buttons have no link. When u click nothing happens.

    Thanks

The more details you can provide, the likelier you are to get a solution/suggestion from someone…

    Have you tried:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Also, any op cache or content network cache, as well as Cloudflare, clear those caches.
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
resetting the plugins folder by FTP. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins). I

    Hello Tara,

    I have tried the following:

    1. Flushing the cache. Nothing happened.
    2. Have Tried to delete the plugin, however, when wordpress asks if i want to delete the files and its contents. I confirm the action but nothing happens. It seems there is a lag of communcation https://prntscr.com/b84kob and then finally i get an error page from chrome saying there is a TCP error. https://prntscr.com/b84l8o But if i click back to dashboard everything words normally. (this happens also when all plugins are deactivated with default theme on)

I don’t think Tara meant to completely delete the plugin. You can just deactivate it from the admin panel.

    Read this: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Managing_Plugins

Under the “Uninstall Plugins” section you can find help on how to deactivate plugin. After you have deactivated all, one by one slowly activate and check if your problem still kicks in. That way you may find out which plugin it is that after activation causes the issue you are facing.

When you get that network error can you confirm that your internet connection is actually working?

    Hello Tanveer,

My network is working fine, i can listen to music on Spotify, send and receive emails, work with a completely ok wordpress site (another one i have with the same plugin and same setup). I think it is timing out.

The reason i deleted the plugin, is to try and completely have a new empty setup. Apparently, when i am not able to delete. then i am suspecting something is really wrong with my wordpress installation or hosting.

    what do you think_

For example, when i try to delete sidekick a default plugin with wordpress. I get the same problem… it says at the bottom waiting for a response and nothing happens. As well, this happens when i try to upload plugins. the upload starts and then get stuck at a certain percentage. When i log via FTP i can upload normally.

I would like to share something. I tried to debug and understand whats wrong.

    could be this problem https://prntscr.com/b8ajn0

    thanks

Ha ! Thats a javascript issue. The javascript is trying to load a resource from prepacks.alrifia ….any plugin related to that you may be using ?

after research it seems that this is a permission issue…..

Oh.. what permission ? Please share so that we can also learn.

the guys at the hosting providers are looking at it. What I discovered as well that I cant access some of the settings of other plugins. It is giving me Insufficient permissions. The way went about this is the error 503 I got from the debugger means server is not answering and in most cases it has to do with Permissions. Once they give me an answer. I will post it here.

    Yes, 503 suggests server issue.
