Auto not Sent & Manual not adding Latest Posts

Specifically, make sure your cron is working:

2. Can you make sure that the new posts are completely new, and not old posts with a changed date? MailPoet’s Automatic New Content widget will only pick up completely new posts, not old ones with a new date.
