Plugin that can act like an internal dropbox

is there a plugin that is kind of like a private/internal drop box? For example im making some notes in a word file, i can quickly drop it into my admin area in WP and come back to it later when im on a different computer? I dont want something that can integrate with any 3rd party software i want it to work internally and just rely on my servers storage
