Unable to Pingback/Traceback

Hello there,

Someone told me that they couldn’t pingback to my blog’s post. I created a page like this and putted a link to another post on my blog, nothing happened on the linked page.

I’m confused about this. I ticked Pingback option while I was creating the page. I checked “allow pingback” in setting and stopped Akismet. But there is still nothing.

Does anyone have any idea?
