Website links go to spam sites then my website

So I setup the Twittercards feature as coupled with WP to Twitter plugin it does a good job of auto tweeting new posts. Only problem is the cards when clicked, sends users to a checking your web browser message then a series of spam sites and until you shut those pages down only then my site appears.

What could be at fault here? I mean is it a Twitter thing? WordPress or even a plugin? I have for now changed my Twitter password and I will change my WordPress one just to be safe.

Due to the nature of it all googling to get actual help is a bit hit and miss.
Any help would be awesome guys.
