• I am also having problems, though not the same as any I’ve seen in the forums yet. While using the uploader I can browse to the file and select it, but then the flash window turns into a login screen.

Even though the window is messed up, it shows 1 image in the gallery. However, when you click on the gallery tab, nothing is there.

I’ve updated all my plugins, disabled all my plugins, had the site open without other tabs running, downloaded and installed the latest version of Flash, cleared the cache, restarted Firefox, rebooted the PC, and ran in a circle until I fell down and threw up. I might have done something else that was suggested elsewhere, but I can’t remember on account of how dizzy I am.

    Anybody have any clue?

  • this is almost the same problem I have, except my window turns into my front page. Then, if I try to quit, the whole edit page turns into the home page, or some weird version thereof. Then it tries to load my google analytics code or something and it goes totally haywire, the screen goes blank, and the browser spins. if I refresh the page, I can restore the page.

    Has this update broken WordPress?

I am encountering the same issue – flash uploader sends the window to a view of my landing page. Using the html version works for now, but a very strange issue that I would love to know the solution for it!

It appears – atleast in my case – to be specific to Firefox. Disabling all of my FF plugins didn’t fix it. Version 3.0.3 of firefox.

I’m having the same issue as duehring. Images were uploading fine before I upgraded to 2.7.1, but now whenever I attempt to upload images, the log in page loads within the window.

I’ve disabled all my plugins with no results. Has anyone else had this issue or figured out how to solve it? Thanks!

Edit: The browser version works fine but the flash version doesn’t. ??
