    I am sorry, I can’t see the settings page of the plugin. Please send a screenshot of plugin settings page. Also, request you to make the Country and postcode visible while capturing the cart screenshot.

    I confirm that the plugin works perfectly with the latest 4.5.2 WordPress version. I reconfirmed it by testing the scenario provided by you.

    Few checks:
    -Make sure that you have entered the weight for all the product.
    -Also, check the product weight unit by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products tab.
    -Please update the plugin and save the settings again.

    Hi Ni WooForce,

    I have done all the above steps
    1. Included Weight of all the products including variations
    2. product weight unit tab is the same g (grams)
    3. Ticked the debug mode – the weight and country is going perfectly but there is still an error

    I have tested the same scenario with Woocommerce version-2.5.5 & WordPress-4.5.2, and the plugin calculates the rate perfectly.

    You may try that.

    I have the same problem with the message:
    “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”
    I have version 1.1.7, running on WP 4.5.3.

    My questions are:

    • In Settings | Shipping, there is a sub-tab “Shipping Zones” where a shipping method can be choosen.
      When I add a method there, it works on the cart.
      Do I need to thurn off this part?
    • is there a relation/connection to be made between the Settings | Shipping, “Shipping Zones”, and “Shipping Pro (BASIC)”?

    Hi esprit90,

    If you create some zone and select some specific shipping methods for it, then only those methods will occur on the cart page when shipping address is from that given zone.

    If you don’t have such specific zonal business then I would like to suggest you to delete all zones and keep it as WC default. As ‘rest of the world’ will have all the methods.

    When I delete all Shipping Zones, I get: “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    Nothing of the table rates shows.

    If you have upgraded WC, after installing the plugin, then it is recommended to deactivate the plugin and activate it again. WooCommerce latest version is having such cache sometimes. SO it needs to be refreshed. And also check your rate matrix.

    I have same problem . I am using easy post integration API when I do the debug it say that I need dimensions of the products which I don’t have . I just have weights.
    How can I deactivate the dimension and just use weight ?
    Or there any other solution ?

    It is mandatory to give dimension, Easypost API required it. Can you have a try with dimensions?

    Also for next line of communication, can you please open query on Easypost forum, as this is forum weight based shipping.
