Upload buttons and Submit button are not working

  • Hi, I am building a website where user can submit their music on front-end and it will be automatically be posted under a specific category. I have created the a form, but the upload button for the music track and featured Image is not working and also the submit button. Nothing happens and their is no error or warning.

    Hi there,
    this appears to be a theme/plugin compatibility issue, causing the javascript to somehow conflict. Would you mind switching themes to see if that resolves the issue (to rule out other possible issues)?
