Plugin notes only seen on Network an one webpage-site

    That’s correct. This plugin is currently not multi-site compatible. I’ll have a look about changing that when I have some time.
    However it is not as easy at it seems – see the issue I just opened about this on GitHub for more information: https://github.com/mjangda/plugin-notes/issues/14

    Should all notes be network notes ?
    Or should sites and network each have their own notes ?

    If the latter
    Should the network admin show notes from all sites ?
    Should individual sites show (non-editable) the notes from the network level ?

    I think it would be better, that every site has their own notes. So every site admin can make his/her own notes. But the network-admin should have the possibility to make notes for the network plugin site and notes that are shown at all website plugin sites, too.

    Should notes be shown to all site-admins or only to network-admins ?

    I don’t think, that it is necessary, that the netwerk admin see the notes of all sites. If there are several pages in the installation, there are to much notes.
