How to remove Yellow background on Post Title

On the home page of my website, for each of the posts, the title has a Yellow background. This does not align with the clean black and white look i want to maintain on my website https://www.gopackmachan.com.

Can somebody help in how to remove that yellow background on the post titles.

Note that when I click on continue reading and the full post opens, then the yellow background disappears.

Please help.
