Too many redirects?

  • I just installed the free plugin today over an existing WHMCS install in the root directory of my site.

    I’m not 100% sure what URL I’m supposed to put in the plugin settings under WHMCS URL, but I put the root URL of my site.

    When I try to open my homepage, I get an error message saing “This webpage has a redirect loop

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

    Am I doing something wrong? WHMCS has been working up to this point.

    Please use the “Check my installation” tool in the Help tab.

    You need to put your WHMCS URL into that URL, if you don’t have WHMCS installed please go to https://www.whmcs.com and download and install WHMCS to another folder and then use that folder URL in the setting.
