• I’ve updated to 4.5.2 and I still have the same issue. I restored to a backup and still was unable to fix the issue.

The issue came up after I updated WP to 4.5.2, updated two plugins (Gantry Template Framework 4.1.4 and Backup WordPress 3.6) and emptied the page cache.

    Can anyone offer some suggestions?

There is no content in the content area of you home page, so I’m not sure the usual stuff will help. However, let’s give it a try, just in case:

    1) Disable all plugins.
    2) Change your theme to twentysixteen

If the problem is gone, then turn things back on one at a time until it breaks again — and then you know the problem.

Hmm… I’ve looked at other pages on your site and they’re OK. Please disable W3 Total Cache so we can make sure it’s not a caching issue.

also, what do you have under settings->reading for the home page?

I disabled all plugins and changed my theme and the website was displayed. With the twentysixteen theme enabled, I was able to enable all plugins and the website was still displayed.

Switching over to the momentum theme causes the black out. With this theme enabled I can disable all the plugins but the black out remains, however if I disable the Gantry Template Framework plugin, that causes the site to crash with the message “This theme requires the Gantry Framework Plugin to be installed and active.”

Your site is a mess — other pages now don’t have headers. Please check with the developer of your theme.

Could this have something to do with emptying the page cache? I’ve updated WP and other plugins before; this is the first time I’ve received this type of problem.

Please TURN OFF your caching plugin so we can see if that’s an issue.

At this point, I don’t know what to tell you. Your theme is seriosly screwed up. As it’s a commercial theme, you should contact the developers at https://www.rockettheme.com
