LogIn Register on mobile (small view) not showing

Hello,
If I’m registered everything is ok, but if I’m viewing the site as not registered user then there is no Admin bar (see screenshots)

I have tried with “Admin menu auto folding”:
Default
AND
Force admin menu Auto folding
but no luck.
