    Hi,

    Thank you for this great plugin.

    Do you have the shortcode list of this plugin ?

    I am using [tickets] and [ticket-form]. But I would like to have the ticket Helpdesk manager who manages assigned tickets from a WP page, not within admin area. So I need something like [ticket-list-assigned-to-me].

    Currently, we have only this two options. But your suggestion is really interesting and useful. Thanks for the insight. We going to add this shortcode and following functionality to our backlog.

    If you send us any request (just simple mail), we notify you then it will be done.
