Hi there! Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look? It would also be helpful if you could list the exact steps that result in the issue. Please be sure to include the expected result and the actual result.

I already deactivate JP. I only was using the stats. Now I switched to the google analytics plugin. Sorry.

So now I can’t provide you a link that shows the issue. If you like you can take a look at the theme author’s support page. There I have made a screenshot of this issue.

The issue happens after activating JP! And only on smaller devices like the iPhone. And there only in landscape mode. You could see it during loading of the site it was ok. After the site loads the logo jumps in that strange size.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I’m a bit confused. Earlier in this thread, you mentioned issues with shortlinks, but in the the me’s support forums you’re describing issues with your site logo.

Did you experience an issue with both features?

If so, could you let me know what version of Jetpack and WordPress you were running on that site?

I wanted to check things by myself, but unfortunately I don’t have access to that theme since it’s a paid one.

Sorry for that, but I guess I have a lot of problems with JP.
Its the shortener. Now I changed to bitly. So I do not need this anymore.

Next I had problems with the logo. Its size raises after loading but only on mobile devices like iPhone and iPad. In the browser if I change the size or uses the e.g. firefox size dev tool to simulate different sizes it works.

Now JP is completely deactivated on my space. It causes way too much problems than it rather helps me.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Understood.

If you’re ever willing to give Jetpack another try, feel free to contact us, either by posting your site URL here or by sending us an email.

We’ll be happy to take a closer look!
