Invoice number not showing up in Orders

Hi there,

I am using pdf-invoice version 1.5.32. Issue is that when new orders come in it doesn’t show invoice number on orders page. I am using wp version 4.5.2. Edit order page displays empty PDF invoice data, fields not letting me edit invoice number field and invoice date. When I try to access invoice pdf it gives me error that template not found, even though my theme has template at htdocs/wp-content/themes/my-theme/woocommerce/pdf/my-templete/invoice.php

Help would be appropriated.
