It seems there is a problem with the house number in the address field.
The customer have only one field to encode his address. If the format of the address is “Address + number”, everything is ok -> the house number is correctly insert into the bPost frame. But If the customer encode his address differently (ex: “Number + Address”), the house number is missing in the bPost frame.

    Two questions :
1/ Is it a normal behavior from the plugin ?
2/ Can we add a custom field for the house number and insert it in the bPost frame ?

Thank you for your answer !

  • Hello Mikephilippe,

    1. It’s a normal behaviour of the plugin
    2. Unfortunately not for the moment

    Hi,

Indeed, we don’t plan to add the the detection “number + street”, but still follow the changelog, we will maybe do it in a minor release ?? .

If we add, in the checkout form, a field “street number”, we will break the compatibility with others plugins which will get only the “street name”, without the street number.

I close the post, but I let you know if/when we add the feature.
